The main objective of this role is to optimize conversion, retention, and anti-churn, through advanced use of the CRM platform, continuous improvement of the back office, and a deep understanding of customer journeys across markets with different usage behaviors.

🧩 Your Missions (If You Accept Them)
1. CRM & Back-Office Optimization
Improve CRM processes :
automation of communications,
segmentation analysis and activation,
campaign management through the back office.
Act as a key contributor to back-office improvements when existing tools do not allow effective deployment, analysis, or monitoring of marketing actions.
Design and plan CRM workflows adapted to the local specificities of each market (Africa ≠ LATAM).
2. CRO – Conversion Rate Optimization
Analyze personas and end-to-end user journeys across the platform.
Work on the four key conversion stages: entry, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Identify friction points, prioritize optimizations, and build anti-churn strategies.
Optimize communications throughout the entire user lifecycle.
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs.
3. Operator Support
Contribute to the overall marketing organization of the platforms.
Demonstrate the value of the platform through usage and performance.
Maximize platform adoption and usage by operators.
📍 Position Details
6-month mission, freelance or fixed-term contract (CDD).
Your team : Client team (Project Manager, CSM) and Product team (Digital Acquisition, Head of Marketing).
Your toolbox :
- Internal platform back office
- Google & Microsoft environments
- Azure DevOps
Compensation: €35–40k gross per year.
Location : France-based, fully remote, with possible travel to Paris (9th arrondissement). Open to European Union.
🤓 Profile We’re Looking For — Could It Be You?
Hard Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRO and/or first experience in the betting / gambling industry.
You're familiar with CRM tools such as Smartico, InTarget, UpPlatform, Fast Track, Optimove, and XtremPush.
Excellent understanding of user journeys and conversion levers
Strong analytical mindset: ability to test, prioritize, and optimize.
Solid experience with CRM tools, workflows, and automation logic.
Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Freelance experience appreciated.
Soft Skills
Highly operational and results-oriented.
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-driven.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Strong affinity with urban and popular culture.
Bonus: Knowledge of LATAM and/or African markets is a plus.
